Terms of Service

1. VERSUS is a skill-based competition platform. Users compete in video game matches and tournaments for fixed prizes. VERSUS is not a gambling or betting service.

2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform and must provide accurate information.

3. All stakes are held in escrow. The platform charges a commission on matches and tournaments as displayed before you join.

4. Cheating, collusion, multi-accounting or fraudulent results lead to forfeiture of prizes, suspension or a permanent ban.

5. The platform may cancel or refund matches at its discretion (e.g. abandoned matches, technical issues).

6. We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
